Express Lube Technician
Location: Ponca City, OK
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with shifts scheduled within these hours. Every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Flexible hours may be considered).

Key Responsibilities

Core Duties:

• Perform oil changes.

• Complete tire rotations.

• Replace air and cabin filters.

• Conduct thorough multipoint inspections on vehicles.

• Assist Service Advisors during Express Lane check-ins.

Additional Duties May Include:

• Assist with Quick Check vehicle intake when the Express Lane is busy.

• Valet park customer vehicles.

• Provide support to Service and Parts Department staff as needed.

• Move vehicles within the dealership.

• Pick up and drop off customers.

• Assist retail customers and technicians.

• Maintain a clean shop and customer waiting areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.

• Capable of standing and walking for up to 8 hours daily.

• Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. (and occasionally up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height.

• Comfortable with frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive and friendly attitude with a strong focus on customer service.

• Proficiency in basic math, reading, and computer skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Professional appearance and work ethic.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
