HC Spiffy Auto Spa is looking for individual who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment and are self-motivated team players with a positive attitude. Automotive Detailers are responsible for cleaning vehicles inside and out, moving vehicles, and handling other duties as assigned by the manager—all in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wax, polish, refurbish, and detail vehicles, including both old and new vehicles.

• Inspect finished work to ensure the highest quality.

• Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.

• Maintain proper function of all tools and equipment.

• Immediately report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely manner.

• Work effectively with team members to coordinate tasks.

• Consistently uphold excellent standards and quality of service to represent the organization positively.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

• Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently without constant supervision.

• Hardworking, eager to improve, and capable of maintaining a fast work pace.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Regular and reliable attendance is required—if you come in late or call in often, this is not the job for you.

• This is a pay-per-car-completed position: time is money. If you can maintain a fast work pace while producing quality results, you control your pay.

• You are responsible for maintaining the quality of your work—you do not get paid to redo your work.

• This is a physically demanding role that requires focus, efficiency, and attention to detail.

• This position is not suited for slow workers or those who need constant supervision.

• There is no significant room for growth within this position, but it offers consistent work and a fair pay structure for motivated individuals.
